FAQ About Deposits
1. Is the deposit refundable?
No, the deposit is nonrefundable as it reserves your kitten and takes them off the market. However, if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling your adoption, we’ll refund it in full.
2. Can I transfer my deposit to another kitten?
Yes! If your chosen kitten becomes unavailable (or you change your mind), your deposit can be applied to a future litter.
3. What happens after I pay the deposit?
We’ll send a confirmation email with next steps, including pickup dates and final payment details. You’ll also receive weekly updates/photos of your kitten until they’re ready to come home!
4. How do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance is due when your kitten is 10–12 weeks old (before pickup). We accept cash, Zelle, or PayPal.
5. What if I need to cancel?
Deposits are nonrefundable, but we’ll work with you to apply it to a future kitten if possible.
